ArChine Synchain POE 2000U
Specification:20L、200L
Scope of application:
Introduction:Excellent high temperature oxidation and thermal stability for prolonged lubricant life.
ArChine Synchain POE 2000U
Fully synthetic high temperature chain lubricants
DESCRIPTION
ArChine Synchain POE 2000U product is synthetic POE high temperature lubricants designed primarily for high temperature equipment, such as oven chains and tenter frame ovens, as well as paint and ceramic curing ovens. Satisfactory performance can also be expected in applications involving bearing lubrication. Formulated from a quality synthetic base stock and additive system, ArChine Synchain POE 2000U has better oxidation stability and lower ash residue compared with general synthetic ester lubricant, it also provides the following performance benefits.
- Excellent high temperature oxidation and thermal stability for prolonged lubricant life.
- Extremely low volatility resulting in less oil consumption.
- Superior antiwear properties for reduced chain drag.
- Does not form carbon residue as petroleum products do.
- Very few ash residue, maintain a clean operating environment for frame rails and chains.
