GENERAL: 

ArChine Comptek FSC 68 is custom-blended with white oil and special additives to provide excellent protection against wear and outstanding

 cold-temperature fluidity.  It also offers excellent water separation as well as rust, corrosion, deposit and water-washout resistance to protect

 components. In addition, it resists fling-off and is designed to remain on the chain for maximum lubrication and protection.

ArChine Comptek FSC 68 is long life lubricant and recommended for use in screw compressors, evaporators and spiral freezers operating at

 extremely low temperatures including cryogenic-freezing temperatures. 

ArChine Comptek FSC 68 meets USDA H1 requirements for incidental food contact and complies with requirements for FDA 21 CFR 178.3570.

Applications

The following types of compressor applications have shown excellent performance with the ArChine Comptek FSC 68 oil:

1. Primarily recommended for rotary screw and vane air compressor
2. Very effective in screw type compressors with oil injection cooling
3. Units operating under severe conditions
4. Multistage units with a history of excessive oil degradation from mineral oil-based products
5. Compressor systems with critical gears and bearings
6. Compressors used in stationary and mobile applications
7. For spiral freezers operating at extremely low temperatures including cryogenic-freezing temperatures
