ArChine Refritech FPR 100
Food Grade Polyalphaolefin refrigeration lubricant

Product Description
ArChine Refritech FPR 100 is a high quality food grade synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) refrigeration lubricant. It is specially
formulated for severe service under conditions that are beyond the capabilities of conventional mineral oils. In addition, ArChine
Refritech FPR 100 improves the performance and efficiency of standard refrigeration systems to conventional mineral oils, and
compatibility with mineral oils and equipment designed for use with mineral oils.
ArChine Refritech FPR 100 has very low pour point, zero wax content, a high natural viscosity index and high thermal stability.
It also offers high chemical stability, a low volatility and a high film strength. Due to these properties, ArChine Refritech FPR 100
provides a long service life.
USDA/NSF has approved ArChine Refritech FPR 100 under their H-1 specification for incidental contact with food. The oil
complies with FDA guidelines for food contact listed in CFR Title 21 Part 178, Section 178.3570.
Features
- Excellent coolant properties
- Carbon and varnish control to help reduce deposits
- Good anti-wear properties and corrosion protection
- Controls rust for enhanced component protection
- Extended oil change intervals, reducing servicing costs to a minimum
- Increased oxidation protection and superior thermal stability
Application
ArChine Refritech FPR 100 is recommended for flooded screw compressors which are operated with ammonia(R717)
or CO2(R744) in food industry. This product can also be used with natural hydrocarbon refrigerants like propane(R290),
propylene(R1270) or butane(R600).
